Violenze sugli agnelli – Un’indagine di Essere Animali

I nostri investigatori hanno documentato con telecamere nascoste la produzione di carne di agnello in Sardegna, la regione con il più alto numero di ovini allevati in Italia.
Hanno ispezionato venti allevamenti situati in tutte le province, filmando pratiche vietate perché causa di sofferenza per gli animali e confessioni shock di allevatori, che ammettono di uccidere gli agnelli, nei periodi di bassa richiesta di carne, perché antieconomico allevarli.
Gravi irregolarità sono state riscontrate anche in un grande macello, nonostante la presenza dei veterinari.
Abbiamo denunciato i responsabili e coinvolto anche l’Azienda per la Tutela della Salute – ATS Sardegna, per segnalare l’ampia diffusione delle illegalità riscontrate.
