Message to a Whaler: From Sea Shepherd Crew and Supporters, featuring Icelandic Fin Whales

A video message from Sea Shepherd crew and supporters of all ages and from all over the world – for Kristjan Loftsson, CEO of Hvalur hf – the Icelandic commercial whaling company which harpoons over 140 fin whales (the second largest whale on the planet) each whaling season primarily for export to Japan.

Video features fin whales filmed in July 2022 by Sea Shepherd crew on Operation Northern Exposure from charter vessels ‘Glomar Arctic’ in Iceland’s EEZ in the Denmark Strait (between Iceland and Greenland).
