Peter Singer, moral philosopher and author of the book, dedicates a message of love and respect to Regan Russell and her family:

“I’m sure that she was part of a great movement that has raised people’s consciousness of the suffering of animals and provided a basis for further progress for reducing the suffering of tens of billions of animals around the world.”
