Ces images, commentées par le chef vegan étoilé Alexis Gauthier, ont été filmées dans le Gers, en pleine zone IGP canard à foie gras du Sud-Ouest. On y voit notamment une salle de gavage typique de la filière où sont gavés 1900 canards, enfermés les uns sur les autres dans des cages collectives métalliques.
Le sol grillagé des cages entraîne des lésions systématiques sous les pattes des canards, des lésions qui dégénèrent en infection et provoquent des œdèmes inflammatoires. Des canards se coincent le bec entre les barreaux. Ils ne peuvent même pas étendre correctement leurs ailes. Tous ces éléments sont en infraction avec la réglementation. L214 porte plainte.
