Aggressive Bullhook Use on Young Elephant at Shrine Circus

An audience member at the 2017 Kalurah Shrine Circus in Binghamton, New York, documented that Carson & Barnes Circus elephant handler Tim Frisco used a sharp-tipped bullhook to yank on a young elephant named Val’s sensitive face, chin, and trunk while on stage. Frisco has been caught on camera viciously striking elephants, electroshocking them, and instructing others to beat them with a bullhook until they scream in pain, all for the purpose of entertaining humans.
