Startle Tests | NIH Baby Monkey Experiment #2

In shocking videos obtained by PETA, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) terrorizes baby monkeys it has intentionally bred to be mentally ill, wasting more than $30 million in taxpayer money.
In so-called “startle tests,” infants are restrained inside mesh cages so small that they can’t even stand up and are deliberately scared by extremely loud noises or bursts of air that send them into a panic.
