Tofu is versatile, nutritious, and can be absolutely delicious! This #WorldTofuDay let us help you to learn some cooking techniques to make great tasting tofu at home.

💫 First recipe: Tofu Scramble 🍳

💖 Ingredients:
• 1 tsp black salt (for an eggy flavor)
• 3 tsps plant-based milk
• 1/2 block of tofu
• 1 tsp turmeric

💖 Preparation:
• Cut the tofu into cubes to make it easier to mash.
• Add a pinch of black salt, turmeric, and a splash of vegetable milk to the tofu and mix until well combined.

🌷 Second recipe: Creamy Tomato Sauce 🍅

🐷 Ingredients:
• 1/2 block of tofu
• 1/2 cup of water
• Nutritional yeast
• 1 pinch of salt
• Fresh basil
• A can/bottle tomato sauce
• 5 cherry tomatoes
• 1 onion, chopped

🐷 Preparation:
• Blend the tofu with water, salt, and a generous amount of nutritional yeast.
• Sauté onions and cherry tomatoes in a pan, then add the tomato sauce.
• Once the sauce is hot, add the tofu cream we prepared earlier and mix well.
• Add fresh basil and stir through.

🥗 Third recipe: Crispy Tofu with Vegetables 🥕

🫑 Ingredients:
• Corn flour
• Tofu, cut into squares
• Soy sauce
• Oregano
• Salt
• Oil

🫑 Preparation:
• Marinate the tofu in soy sauce and oregano for a few minutes, or longer according to your taste.
• Drain the excess liquid and place the tofu in a container with corn flour. Close the container and shake it to coat the tofu thoroughly with flour.
• In a pan over low heat, cook the coated tofu on both sides until it becomes crispy.
• Serve the crispy tofu with vegetables and rice or any other side dish of your choice.
