Bald Tiger Pacing in Cramped Cage at Waccatee Zoological Farm

In Myrtle Beach, South Carolina a bald tiger named Lila has spent much of life in a cramped, run down enclosure at Waccatee Zoological Farm—a roadside zoo with a lengthy history of violating the Animal Welfare Act. Lila has almost no fur left and is frequently seen pacing—an abnormal behavior that is a sign of severe psychological distress likely due to spending years at this dilapidated facility with almost nothing to do.
